Shipping Providers and Centers

  • We work with various shipping providers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, Canada Post, UPS, and more.
  • Our shipment centers are located in Carrollton, Texas (U.S.), Ontario, Canada, Gorzow, Poland (Select European Countries), and Altona, Australia (Australia & New Zealand).

Order and Delivery Expectations

  • Orders must include a purchase receipt and products.
  • Shipping information can be updated within 30 minutes on regular working days.
  • Orders placed during weekdays can be canceled within 30 minutes by emailing [email protected] or using Live Chat.
  • Weekend and holiday orders are non-cancellable but can be returned for a refund upon arrival.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on working days, excluding weekends, holidays, or unforeseeable events.
  • Canada & U.S. orders arrive within 10 business days; international orders within 20 business days.
  • Back-ordered items are shipped when available, with no extra charge.

Customer Tracking and Responsibilities

  • Email notification with tracking number sent upon order processing.
  • Customers are responsible for accurate personal and shipping information.
  • Cooperation with shipping providers and timely notifications for lost orders expected.
  • Rejected orders may not be eligible for refund or exchange at American Aires' discretion.
  • Tracking info may not appear until after carrier pickup.

Shipping Costs and Duties

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout.
  • International orders include import fees (DDP) with no additional charges upon arrival.
  • Some orders may ship from alternate centers; contact [email protected] for customs/duty charge assistance.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. This includes customs fees that were charged with original order.
  • Aires will only refund customs charges/fees that were incurred if our product arrived defective. Defective products require proof with photos of the issues to resolve with a replacement or proceed with the return process.
