Aires HHS EMF Evidence Index
Aires research library · October 21 2026 · HHS-OASH-2026-0397
More than three decades of research connecting electromagnetic environments, physical engineering and biological function.
This evidence index accompanies Aires’ response to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services request for information on electromagnetic fields, radiofrequency radiation and wireless radiation exposure. Every numbered entry matches the reference number in the response.
The scope of the record
The research history extends to 1992. The archive review for this response encompassed 97 research-related records, including translations, related versions and background materials. The response organizes its research and contextual sources into 44 reference entries. This index provides 49 source-document downloads, publisher records and a published public account of the preliminary PACE field report.
The primary record identifies more than 50 named authors and researchers and 15 academic, medical and research institutions through testing sites or author affiliations, with contributions from Russia, Lithuania and Canada. Appendix A of the response identifies the institutions and explains the counting method. These are records and research contributions; related versions of an experiment remain grouped as a study family.
The work moves between physics and biology: patterned materials and field measurements inform intervention designs, while human EEG and HRV, erythrocytes, rat bone-marrow cells, animal behavior, blood parameters and honeybee gene expression test biological responses. Water, liquid crystals, thin films and silicon provide complementary physical and physicochemical investigations. The response explains how these strands connect across successive generations of the technology.
