Zenin 2002: Radiotelephone EMF Alters Water Conductivity — Aires Neutralizer Provides Complete Compensation

Study Context

This investigation was conducted by the Problem Laboratory for Scientific Substantiation of Traditional Medical Treatment and Diagnostics Methods at the Clinical and Experimental Research Center for Traditional Medical Treatment, Russian Federation Ministry of Public Health. The study used water as a biological proxy detector, exploiting its high sensitivity to electromagnetic perturbation to test whether the Aires Neutralizer of Electromagnetic Abnormalities compensates radiotelephone-induced changes to water’s structural state.

Research Manager: S.V. Zenin, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Head of the Problem Laboratory. The measurement technique used (Patent #2109301, Priority Date: September 30, 1996) was developed and solidified through investigations of dozens of bioenergetic devices from 1995 to 2001.

Measurement Method

Differential conductometric measurement of distilled water samples (type “Super-Q”). A two-chamber cuvette was used: the experimental chamber received water exposed to the radiotelephone; the control chamber received unexposed water from the same container. The bridge circuit measures the difference in conductivity between the two chambers — making it sensitive to structural state changes rather than absolute conductivity values.

The method uses water’s information system as a detector: any structural perturbation of water changes its conductivity. The average magnitude of change produced by bioenergetic devices tested from 1995–2001 was 5–10 A, providing a comparative baseline.

Results (April 15, 2002)

Two sequential exposure sessions (16:45–17:15 and 17:20–17:50). Measurement recorded for 5 minutes post-exposure:

Time (minutes post-exposure) Radiotelephone only (A) Radiotelephone + Aires Neutralizer (A)
0 min −10 A −2 A
1 min −8 A −3 A
2 min −6 A −2 A
3 min −5 A −2 A
4 min −5 A 0 A
Radiotelephone only: Immediate reduction in water conductivity of −10 A at the start of the measurement period, decaying slowly to −5 A over 4 minutes. The sustained negative effect indicates a lasting structural perturbation of the water that persists after the phone exposure ends.
With Aires Neutralizer: The initial conductivity change is reduced to −2 A (80% attenuation) and reaches 0 A (complete compensation) within 4 minutes. The kinetics demonstrate full restoration of water’s structural state to the control (unexposed) condition.

Significance

Water constitutes approximately 70% of the human body and is the medium through which all cellular biochemistry occurs. The observation that radiotelephone radiation produces a measurable and persistent change in water conductivity — indicating a structural perturbation — supports the hypothesis that EMF interaction with biological water is a key mechanism in EMF bioeffects. The complete compensation of this effect by the Aires Neutralizer within the measurement window is described by the researcher as “the objectivation of the protective effect.”

The study provides early biophysical evidence supporting the water-mediated pathway for both EMF biological effects and Aires resonator protective effects, preceding by two decades more recent research on EMF water structuring.
