Svetlana Datova: Heart-rate variability and autonomic regulation

Svetlana Datova

Svetlana Datova’s 2013 report documents changes in heart-rate variability and functional indices after 20 minutes with Aires Defender. The regulatory-system stress index decreased in 12 of the 13 volunteers.

Research credentials and attribution

The source is signed S. Datova, Tyumen, 2013. It names the Aires New Medical Technologies Foundation and the BIP International Association Research Center. The profile follows the protocol and institutional attribution in that report.

What the experiment measured

Thirteen apparently healthy volunteers aged 40–59 underwent before-and-after recordings of 300 RR intervals. Aires Defender was placed over the celiac-plexus region for 20 minutes. Omega-M analysis supplied the heart-rhythm and functional indices. Read the complete protocol and participant tables.

Reported physiological response

The lower regulatory-system stress index occurred in 92.3% of participants. The report’s cardiovascular index increased from 42.2 to 55.7 and its autonomic index from 45.5 to 57.0. These are the instrument’s functional scores. The authors describe a positive effect on autonomic regulation. Read the study summary and all five indices.
