Aires Human Research: Study Designs, Findings and Original Reports

2026 peer-reviewed publication

Sysoev and Budko’s Lifetune ONE paper is now published in Psychophysiology News, 2026, issue 1, pages 95–104. It reports EEG recovery after initial activation and increasing coherence after seven days of use. Read the published-study summary and documented peer-review history, or open the original journal paper at page 95.

Aires Human Research: Study Designs, Findings and Original Reports

Aires human research includes EEG and HRV investigations and individual physiological case reports. These are different study designs with different strengths. This guide connects the summaries to their original documents and distinguishes exploratory physiological findings from clinical outcomes.

Lifetune ONE: 2024 experiment and 2025 manuscript

The original investigation recruited 24 young men, with smaller analysis sets and a seven-person follow-up subgroup. Authors describe favorable EEG connectivity and autonomic trends; the principal EEG alpha and HRV comparisons were nonsignificant. The 2025 English manuscript describes the same experiment, with some sample denominators and table labels requiring clarification.

Havas: two individual cases, 2015

Magda Havas reported selected favorable pulse-wave observations with Aires Defender Infinity, alongside mixed or unchanged endpoints. Each report concerns one participant. Fixed-order designs and very small samples prevent a population efficacy conclusion. These reports should not be described as large clinical trials or uniform cardiovascular improvement.

Datova: exploratory HRV observations, 2013

Thirteen volunteers were measured before and after 20 minutes with Aires Defender. Several HRV and software-derived indices changed in directions the author interpreted favorably. There was no randomized sham, time/rest control or phone-exposure arm. This report cannot independently establish the cause of those changes.

How to compare these studies

  • Check the analyzed sample for each endpoint, not only recruitment.
  • Distinguish blinding from randomization and a credible sham control.
  • Separate physiological markers and software scores from symptoms, function and disease outcomes.
  • Read null and mixed results alongside favorable findings.
  • Count a translation or revised manuscript as a version of an experiment.

Institutional use, athlete testimonials and an instrument’s regulatory status are not substitutes for a published study protocol and results. The earlier aggregate subject and study totals on this page have been removed until a deduplicated experiment register supports them.

Additional records in this topic

These links preserve access to related and historical summaries. Their source documents, study versions and endpoint claims are being reconciled individually. Inclusion here does not establish independent replication or verify every claim in an older summary. The Sysoev and Rybina manuscript is a version of the experiment discussed above.

Sources and disclosure

This is an Aires editorial summary. Aires sells the products discussed and has a commercial interest in the research. Institutional affiliation, an external author, or a third-party opinion alone does not establish financial independence. Where a linked report does not establish funding or the sponsor’s role, those details remain unconfirmed. Original researchers retain authorship of their work.

The original-source evidence library distinguishes journal articles, conference papers, research reports and expert opinions. Reports, translations and later manuscripts describing the same experiment should not be counted as independent replications.
