A 2026 peer-reviewed paper reports that EEG parameters returned to background values after initial activation during mobile-phone exposure with Lifetune ONE, and that regular use over seven days increased the reported coherence function. Vladimir N. Sysoev and Dzhina Yu. Budko of the S. M. Kirov Military Medical Academy published the work in Psychophysiology News, issue 1, pages 95–104.

Published research and documented peer review
The journal records submission on March 8, 2026, approval after peer review on April 13, and acceptance for publication on May 22. This history appears on page 104. The full article title is Correction of Changes in Body Health Indicators When Exposed to the Electromagnetic Field of a Mobile Phone Using the Lifetune ONE Technical Device.
What the researchers measured
The experiment used a GSM-enabled Prestigio Grance R7 phone near the right ear and Lifetune ONE. Researchers recorded 16-channel EEG, ECG and heart-rate variability, and psychophysiological measures. The paper describes double-blind recording procedures and analysis by researchers unaware of the recording condition.
The protocol includes acute phone exposure with and without Lifetune ONE, seven days of regular phone use with the device, and a repeat exposure assessment. The abstract reports 24 men aged 20–24 and four stages; the methods and EEG table describe 14 participants, five stages and a seven-person follow-up. These are the denominators reported in the published source.
EEG recovery and seven-day coherence findings
- Return to background: the authors describe an initial activation response followed by EEG parameters returning to baseline over the following four minutes. Their conclusion identifies this recovery in the presence of Lifetune ONE.
- Coherence: the EEG analysis describes the coherence function reaching 0.4 with the resonator and 0.7 following seven days of regular use, mainly through slow-wave activity. These are reported coherence values, not percentages of improved health or performance.
- Autonomic response: the reported LF/HF mean moved from 1.5 to 0.8 in the resonator condition. The authors classify the rhythmocardiographic changes as trends; the seven-day Lüscher vegetative-index comparison is reported at p = 0.05.
The authors conclude that prolonged phone use with the resonator helps stabilize functional state, pointing to autonomic trends and increasing coherence. The results section also reports no statistically significant group differences for several alpha-band and HRV measures. The original tables and EEG figures show the outcomes and comparisons directly.
How it connects to the research program
This publication brings the human neurophysiology work into the journal record. The archive also preserves the 2024 VMA report and 2025 English manuscript, which contain related protocol and result material. Those earlier records remain useful for tracing the work; their authorship and version dates remain distinct from this Sysoev–Budko publication.
The broader program connects resonator physics and engineering with human physiology and animal and cellular investigations. Two recent complementary records are the 2025 Lifetune Zone Max rat study and the 2026 ICICT infrared experiment. Each examines a different level of the environmental-tuning research thesis: physical surface behavior, biological response and human physiological regulation.
