Datova 2013: Aires Defender HRV Study — Autonomic Regulation Improvement
Heart rate variability (HRV) study demonstrating that Aires Defender application reduces autonomic regulatory stress in 92.3% of subjects and improves adaptation indicators across five physiological domains.
Study Overview
This study verified the effectiveness of Aires Defender in enhancing the body’s ability to adapt, through heart rhythm variability (HRV) analysis. 13 apparently healthy volunteers, ages 40–59, participated. HRV was measured using the Omega M hardware/software system based on fractal neurodynamics methodology — providing real-time information from all fundamental levels of function regulation (cardiac, autonomic, pituitary-hypothalamic, and central).

Protocol
Step 1 — Baseline HRV Recording
300 RR intervals recorded while subject seated, hands relaxed on knees. Recording conducted on empty stomach or 1.5–2 hours after meal. Per European Society of Cardiology / North American Association of Rhythmology and Electrophysiology standards (European Heart Journal, 1996).
Step 2 — Aires Defender Application (20 minutes)
Aires Defender placed on the projection of the celiac plexus on the chest (below the xiphoid process) for 20 minutes. The celiac plexus is a major autonomic nerve center, making it an anatomically logical placement for autonomic regulation assessment.
Step 3 — Post-Application HRV Recording
Second recording of 300 RR intervals under identical conditions. Comparison of spectral HRV indicators (HF, LF, VLF, LF/HF, TP) and variational pulsometry indicators (IAE, ARI, RPAI, IRSS).
Baseline Findings
Results After Aires Defender Application
Integrated Functional State Improvement
42.2% → 55.7%
45.5% → 57.0%
38.9% → 48.6%
40.0% → 48.8%
41.5% → 52.4%
Conclusions
Three conclusions were drawn from the research:
- Aires Defender affects the mechanisms of autonomic regulation, enabling optimization of indicators of autonomic balance.
- Aires Defender’s influence reduces tension on the body’s regulatory systems, having an anti-stress effect and increasing the body’s adaptive abilities.
- HRV analysis is validated as an appropriate method for assessing the body’s adaptive ability under EMF-related research conditions.
