Research Institutions Behind Aires: 25+ Years of Independent Studies
From the I.P. Pavlov Institute of Physiology to Vilnius Gediminas Technical University • 1998–Present
The AIRES Research Foundation
The AIRES New Medical Technologies Foundation was established in 1998 as a non-profit organization whose primary activity is developing coherently-transforming diffraction matrices and studying their influence on open physical systems. In 2001, Aires coherent transformers received a registration certificate from the Federal Service for Supervision in Public Health and Social Development and were added to the State Registry of Medical Products.

Foundation Conceptual Framework
The AIRES Foundation's conceptual framework — "Universal Development and Stabilization of the Human Physiological State" — rests on three pillars: (1) any physical body is a field structure maintained by electron cloud interactions; (2) complex physical structures, especially DNA molecules, are fractal objects; (3) the body is a hyperclustered open self-regulating system that transitions to higher-quality states through targeted coherent electromagnetic influence. Aires resonators implement "Resonant BioCorrection" (RBC) — a method of correcting body functions via resonant interaction with coherently transformed electromagnetic radiation.
