Species: rats. Document: 2025 research report under cooperation with SFERA. Researchers: Shalaginova and Pavlova, Pavlov Institute of Physiology, Russian Academy of Sciences. Product: Lifetune Zone Max. This is not a human blood study.
What was tested?
Male rats from lines with contrasting nervous-system excitability were studied after four nights of router exposure, 12 hours per night. Six Lifetune Zone Max devices were placed around the cage in the combined condition. Behavior and blood parameters were measured. The report identifies an Archer AX73 Wi-Fi 6 router; its stated 1.5 GHz figure appears to describe the processor rather than an operating radio band. The actual RF settings require clarification. Wi-Fi 6 is not synonymous with 6 GHz or 5G cellular.
What did the researchers find?
The low-excitability line showed selected activity and light–dark behavior changes with router exposure that moved toward control values with the devices. Elevated-plus-maze measures were nonsignificant. In the high-excitability line, selected blood changes—including hematocrit, erythrocytes and hemoglobin—differed between router-only and router-plus-device conditions. Several other endpoints were nonsignificant or did not show a uniform protective pattern.
What are the limits?
Total analyzed sample sizes and cage replication are not clearly reported. Randomization, blinding and exposure dosimetry are not sufficiently documented. Controls stayed in the vivarium while exposure groups were in a Faraday cage; no cage-only or device-only control was included. Router-versus-control differences therefore combine environmental changes, whereas the router-versus-router-plus-device comparison more directly addresses the added resonators, subject to the remaining design limitations.
The report extends earlier animal work to additional behavioral and blood endpoints. It does not establish a human clinical benefit, universal genotype-specific protection, or the physical mechanism responsible for the observed differences.
