Aires C16S, C28S and C32S: Three 2.4 GHz Resonator Models

Aires’ 2018 engineering reports model three patterned semiconductor geometries at 2.4 GHz. The reports provide device-specific topology, computational methods and calculated electromagnetic-field distributions.

What the research investigates

The models describe etched ring grooves 0.4 µm wide and 0.8 µm deep, organized into self-affine surface patterns. They examine how the field develops over the modeled surface under incident radiation. These are numerical R&D reports: each original supplies the assumptions, equations and figures for its particular geometry.

I. Serov led the work with K. Korshunov, I. Soltovskaya and T. Shamko. A. V. Kopyltsov and A. Jukna are identified as scientific consultants on the report covers.

PACE expert peer review

Andrew Michrowski of the Planetary Association for Clean Energy assessed this research in September 2018. Read the source-linked review summary and the original PACE expert peer review.

The PACE assessment concerns the C32S report. Continue with C20S5G at 6 and 28 GHz, 64P1S5G at 28 GHz and experimental physics and engineering.
