PACE Expert Peer Review: Rybina and Alexandrov’s Aires Shield EEG Research

Reviewer: Andrew Michrowski, Planetary Association for Clean Energy (PACE). Assessment date: August 17, 2018. Document: PACE expert peer review.

Andrew Michrowski’s PACE assessment endorses the EEG research by L. Rybina and B. Alexandrov examining Aires Shield during mobile-phone use. He describes the report as well conducted and highlights its use of waiting, conversation and post-conversation conditions.

Research reviewed

The assessment discusses a 15-person adult EEG investigation and measurements across 0.5–24 Hz. PACE interprets the reported spectra and comparisons as evidence of a protective influence on brain activity under the tested conditions.

How the documents connect

This review concerns the Aires Shield report by Rybina and Alexandrov. It is distinct from the later 2019 Aires Shield Pro report and the 2024 Lifetune ONE experiment. The link below identifies the correct underlying document.

Research direction

Michrowski recommends extending the work to younger cohorts. His discussion of attention, Schumann-frequency patterns and stress provides a proposed interpretation of the EEG findings; those subjects were not separately tested as clinical outcomes in this report.
