ESD Test Reports
In addition to the EC Declarations of Conformity, the Lifetune product line has undergone Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) testing as part of the electromagnetic compatibility assessment program. ESD test report certificates (Certificate Series 474625a–d and 536974) document performance under ESD conditions relevant to consumer electronics use.
Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
Lifetune resonators are manufactured using MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) fabrication technology on monocrystalline silicon substrates. The MEMS process — plasma etching of the self-affine fractal diffraction grating pattern — is conducted to semiconductor-grade precision standards. Quality assurance documentation from the manufacturing process is maintained alongside the CE certification records.
