Wi-Fi is another source of radiation. While it may not be practical to avoid Wi-Fi entirely, consider connecting your computer using a wired connection when possible. At the very least, switch off Wi-Fi and other radio emitting devices at night, offering your body a break from radiation exposure for recovery.
